Day 42&43 ----> Becoming Younger

Monday April 4th
The scene:
Our internet at home is down for the entire week. Lately I've been working from home because I eat my paycheck when I work at the warehouse. BUT today I had to come in because of no internet...Shittles! Well, here we go!

Upon Rising: 32 oz water w/ alkalizing pH drops; 1/2 tsp therapeutic enzymes
AM: ---
Breakfast: 9 cherries
Lunch: 1 x bag cheesy kale chips; 2 x white chocolate bars; 1 x onion bread; 1 x 33 oz Apollinaris sparkling water (tastes so good with the onion bread - makes me bloated, but Yummy!)
Dinner: 2 roma tomatoes; 1 C romaine; 1/2 cucumber, skinned; 3/4 avocado; 2 T sunnies (sunflower seeds); dressing: nama shoyu, apple cider vinegar, pinch black pepper
PM: 1 C romaine; 1 roma tomato ; tahini garlic dressing; black salt; 1/4 avocado


What was Walker about today?
  • Not a thing besides my consumption of early morning liquid.
What did I discover today?
  • I like the consistency of the warehouse onion bread better than the Cafe' Gratitude recipe - more flax and sunnies I think. Figures - the more fat the better my tastebuds like it! The rest of the ingredients are the pretty much the same, besides the addition of parsley and sesame seeds.
  • It's Mother's Day on Sunday, May 10th...My mama lives in Chicago - and I only see her 2 or 3 times a year nowadays. I am humble enough to realize that I'll never experience the full potential a human being has to Love until I have children of my own. Mamasitas, with all the honor of my being, I bow to you. What a wonderful and unfathomable service you give to the world and its children.



Tuesday May 5th
The scene: Sexy dance yoga day! Minimizing for my Feng Flow...Dara is guiding me, and she said, the 1st thing to do is think strongly about getting rid of everything you haven't used in the last 90 days.

Breakfast: 16 oz OJ
Lunch: 1 1/2 C romaine; 2 roma tomatoes; 2 radishes; 1/2 small carrot small handful dulse leaf; tahini lemon garlic dressing
Snack: 16 oz veggie juice
Snack: 16 oz veggie juice
Dinner: 1 large carrot; 1/4 C cashew zinger spread; 1 C romaine; 1 roma tomato; 2 radishes; tahini lemon garlic dressing; 3 pieces onion bread

What was Walker about today?
  • OJ - lots of nutrients via liquid today...had energy thriving into the night.
  • JUICY JUICIN' ---- lately I've been abnormally munchy, and it's coincided with my not juicing. Let's see what happens when I get back on the wagon.
